Terms of Service

Appointment times are reserved after the required $20 non-refundable booking fee is successfully paid. This fee is separate from the service price and is not credited toward it. Service duration and final price can vary with hair condition, length, size, or requested changes.

Please arrive prepared according to the instructions for your selected service. Significant lateness may require a shorter service, a reschedule, or cancellation.

The $20 booking fee is processed securely through Stripe when you reserve. The full service price is due after the service. You authorize the amount displayed before submitting payment, and a successful booking-fee payment is required before an appointment is confirmed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in information. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access another client’s information, submit fraudulent bookings, or interfere with availability.
