When you book or purchase, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, selected service, appointment details, notes you provide, and order or delivery information.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The Crown Room does not store your complete card number.

We use this information to confirm and manage bookings, process payments, provide check-in access, communicate schedule changes, fulfill orders, and maintain business records.

We use service providers including Firebase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payments, and email providers for transactional messages. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

You may ask us to correct your profile information or request information about your account. Some booking and payment records may need to be retained for operational, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
